It's nice for a lot of the performers too because it's a night for them to be honored in front of their peers and have the crowds chant for them again. |
Alright, for a moment I thought they had a building and were hording statistics and making it out to be a legitimate type of thing. |

Nope, there's an actual building in New York that's supposed to be general pro-wrestling but I'm not sure how that is necessarily run, and I know some older guys like Lou Thesz were inducted into sports hall of fames for their home state. |

Well think of it this way. A couple of years ago I remember there was something going on about a Harlem Globetrotter nominated for the basketball hall of fame. While games don't get more rigged thjan that you can't deny the skill along with the showmanship.

That situation is kind of different though. That would be like a WWE wrestler going into the UFC or boxing hall of fame. While I agree the skill is amazing, it's two seperate things. |

Haha, point taken. That's kind of like saying if a globetrotter goes and play's for the lakers and gets in. It's just different to me.
If Lesner does get in though it's because he's actually trained in MMA and doing the event, and actually whopping the shit out people. I hate that man though... here's hoping Shane Carwin kicks his ass next month, although I doubt it.

It's funny because he actually would have made the Vikings too, but like every other player he would have had to sit on the bench for a year probably and he didn't like that. It's like he didn't want to face the fact that he was going to be a rookie no matter what he did. Rumor has it he and UFC president Dana White had it out after Lesners first fight. Lesner already wanted a title shot... Dana white caved in like a little bitch too.
In MMA he has shown nothing to me, and he will loose and I don't think it's far away. I want Carwin to destroy him but I am not so sure he will. The best bet is to see who wins the Frank Mir VS. Cheick Congo Fight in Decemeber because chances are whoever wins that will get Lesner next, and Mir has beat him before so he can do it again.
